If you are like me, I hate complicated recipes chalk full of 1-2 tsps of some ingredient that you'll never need to use in any other recipe, and you can only buy in a full bottle/bulk. Here are some of my basics that I always keep in my pantry!

I love being active. I love my courses, I love my job, I (sometimes) love working out. But when you are ALWAYS on the go, it is difficult to find time to slow down--not to mention 20-30 minutes to eat! For me personally, this will not work for everyone, I take a few snacks with me whenever I have a hectic day and just in case! Here are some good snacks to have around:
